На картинке всё выглядит совсем иначе - контур лилий средн-бежевый, контур листа - темно-зеленый. В перенаборе эти цвета заменены на более похожие на картинку.

В оригинальной схеме бэка нет, но примечание есть: "обводка швом "назад иголку" темно-зеленым цветом в одну нить"
